California Gov. Jerry Brown says budget deficit has disappeared

Hm. We'll see.
Brown said California is finally spending less money than it takes in, the first time since Gov. Gray Davis in 2001 that a governor has made such a bold claim.
Sure, they are taking in more than they are spending (which is a better, less misleading wording).  But how long do you think that will last.  I find it a real shame that CA hasn't learned its lesson. But the spigot is open.  And the moeny is pouring in.  And the CA pols will ignore this?  Not on your life!
