Nevada takes a stab at luring California businesses

I think, and I have no facts to back this up, that a huge number of small businesses have moved to LV out of LA.  I think there has been more like a thousand cuts to CA from NV rather than a single "stab".

According to the Silicon Valley Business Journal, the Nevada Regional Development Authority is attempting to up its tech street cred with an announcement Tuesday that the group will now be known as the "Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance" and has moved into a new office called "The InNEVation Center."
